Music Industry legend Clive Davis has revealed what he is saying is a letter he wrote to Whitney Houston prior to her death pleading for her to get help. Clive is in the process of putting together a documentary based on his best selling memoir, Clive Davis: The Soundtrack of Our Lives. The time he spent with Whitney Houston is also included. According to the Hollywood Reporter, they previewed a clip in which the music mogul read a letter that he wrote after a Michael Jackson anniversary concert, where he claims Whitney was in really bad shape. The letter from Clive Davis read:

” Dearest Whitney,

When I saw you Friday night at the Michael Jackson concert I gasped. When I got home, I cried. My dear, dear Whitney, the time has come. Of course I know you don’t want to hear this. Of course I know that you’re saying that Clive is being foolishly dramatic. Of course I know that your power of denial is in overdrive dismissing everything I and everyone else is saying to you. … I join your mother in pleading with you to face up to the truth now, right now, and there is no more time or postponement. You need help and it must begin now. I will stand by you with love and caring to see you through it to newfound peace and happiness in every way as a woman, as a mother, as a role model to inspire the rest of the world. Love, Clive.”

Many people have come for Clive and they believe that this is something that he is personally trying to gain from releasing this. They claim that if he wrote her the letter, why does he still have it in his possession and if he did not, how does he remember every word. Also if he made a copy what were his intentions? The 84 Year Old Clive Davis and filmmakers are planning to release the film early 2017. Read the full report at
