A mom of four from Clear Lake was looking to purchase a reliable car for her family when her minivan broke down. What better place to look then Craigslist? She found a 2009 Honda Pilot for only $6,000 and immediately contacted the seller and paid cash for the car. When drove the new car to get the title transfer at the tax collector’s office, that’s when she found out the title was counterfeit, and the vehicle had been stolen from a local car dealership. The employees of the dealership heard about her story and decided to donate the car to her.
