How many cups of coffee do you drink a day? Did you know that more coffee you drink the better it is for you?
This study is out of England so you know it’s legit. Some fancy university over on the other side of the pond discovered another big health benefit of coffee. According to researchers, people that drink one cup of coffee per day are 20% less likely to die after a heart attack versus people who don’t. In fact, the more coffee you drink the higher odds you have. So I guess if you drink 10 cups a day like me then we’re going to live forever. This same study also suggests that drinking coffee helps fight liver cancer, heart disease and Parkinson’s.
