Half of my job every morning is to find stuff that can make your life better in some way shape or form! As I was browsing some of my favorite dog owner sites I stumbled upon this interesting article about cancer in dogs!

I didn’t even know dogs could get cancer but it turns out 1 in 3 dogs will develop it during their lives!

The National Canine Cancer Foundation says these are 10 warning signs your dog might have cancer:

  1. Abnormal swellings that persist or continue to grow
  2. Sores that don’t heal
  3. Weight loss
  4. Loss of appetite
  5. Bleeding or discharge from any body opening
  6. Offensive odor
  7. Difficulty eating or swallowing
  8. Hesitation to exercise or loss of stamina
  9. Persistent lameness or stiffness
  10. Difficulty breathing, urinating, or defecating.
