As many prepare to celebrate Independence Day in Houston and surrounding areas, many places and communities will celebrate the red, white and blue with red, white and lots of “booms”!

Check out where you can see exciting fireworks’ displays in Houston and surrounding areas for your 4th of July:

HOUSTON The “Bayou City” will host its annual Southwest Airlines Freedom Over Texas. The night will feature entertainment presented by NRG on July 4. Sheryl Crow and Martina McBride are also slated to perform in the city’s annual freedom celebration. General admission to the Freedom Over Texas celebration is $8 per person. HOUSTON SYMPHONY Do you need music to go along with your booms? Well, consider celebrating this year’s Independence Day with the Houston Symphony.
