Yesterday the FBI released photos of the suspects in the Boston Bombings. Now ABC news is reporting that one of the suspects is dead and the other is now on the run. Here is what happened.

During a press conference, authorities said the suspect on the run is the one wearing the white cap in the photos released yesterday by the FBI.

Authorities say they are “vigorously” searching for the man they call “terrorist” who “came here to kill people.”

The first suspect died at the hospital after a shoot out.

Now residents in Watertown, a Boston suburb, are being told to keep their doors locked and not let anyone in.

The Massachusetts state police say

“Police will be going door by door, street by street, in and around Watertown. Police will be clearly identified. It is a fluid situation.”

A law enforcement official tells CBS News the two suspected bombers have been preliminarily identified. They are believed to be from Chechnya or Turkey. They have been in the United States a little over a year. The two men are not students. They are legal permanent residents of the U.S.

The sources say the two are brothers, 19 and 20. One has been identified as Dzhokhar A. Tsarnaev, 19, of Cambridge, Mass.
