Baby Melvin Cole is what many are calling an “angel” sent on earth to remind others of enduring love.

Melvin was born on July 26, 2012 with Hypoplastoc Left Heart Syndrome (HLHS). In August of last year, Baby Melvin had his first surgery and succumbed to a difficult time.

“The doctors decided it was best to do an early Glenn Surgery at seven weeks,” according to a post on Facebook. “They believed it would take a lot of the load off his heart and his function would then begin to improve. After the surgery his heart function has still continued to be severe. His doctors came to us with the option of a heart transplant.” Read more…
