Yahoo CEO Marissa Mayer is now saying that employees can NOT work from home. She didn’t take her entire maternity leave and now employees who were happy about the perks she brought in the beginning are furious. Is she wrong?
She also built a nursery to bring her child to work and now the work-at-home mother’s a furious! They are saying she can bring her child to work but they can NOT. They are also complaining because they feel she can afford nannies and babysitters and they are not in a position to do so.
She did pay to have the nursery built with her own money but that isn’t making things better for her current employees.
