Television personality and daughter to famed rocker Ozzy Osbourne , Kelly Osbourne is looking svelte these days and owes it all to a positive outlook on life and exercise.
In an interview with “In Touch” Magazine, the “Fashion Police” co-host revealed that her secret to weight loss is really not a secret: “People think I lost weight and then got happy, but that’s not how it works. You have to get happy first,” she told the magazine. “I made a life change, and the weight loss was an amazing perk.”
While a positive and happy attitude about life have helped Osbourne, she attributes that attitude as motivation to become active and adopt a healthier lifestyle when it comes to physical activity: “I do up to half an hour of cardio, and I also do circuit training, yoga or Pilates — I mix it up,” added Osbourne. She also admits that while she takes in her happy glow which propels her to live healthier, she does designate one day to “cheat” when it comes to the diet.
Osbourne acquired her fame by being catapulted into the limelight after regularly appearing on the reality series “The Osbournes” with her family. The show won the 2002 Emmy Award for “Outstanding Reality Programme”.
During her appearance on ABC’s “Dancing with the Stars”, she teamed up with professional dance partner Louis van Amstel for the latest dance moves and took third place. Since then, Osbourne has been outspoken about her weight loss and has enjoyed opportunities in music, fashion and broadcasting.
