Back in 1995 pop music’s leading bad girl Madonna was featured in her first Versace ad campaign. She followed it up with another turn as the brand’s spokesperson in 2005. Now Donatella Versace’s “topless” friend Lady Gagais going in with the fashion house on a new deal of her own.
The singer announced yesterday via Twitter that the Italian fashion house will provide custom costume pieces for the American Born This Way Ball running through mid-March 2013.

The two women have been practically inseparable as they attended Paris’ Fashion Week together and enjoyed some down time at Donatella’s late brother Gianni’s apartment in Milan.
Back in June Gaga declared that she would wear nothing but vintage Versace for the next two months, thus beginning her Versace craze. The singer even wore archival pieces from Versace’s 1992 bondage collection in the “Edge Of Glory” music video.
Following her Tweet, Gaga also announced a pre-show parking lot party before every U.S. show on the new tour. Tailgating — does that go with Versace?
