“Hit me baby one more time”… It’s a phrase that pop princess Britney Spears is perhaps uttering as she is reportedly preparing to rejoin the “X Factor” crew as a judge.

According to reports, Spears will be returning to the show next season. When asked if she will return to the popular singing competition show, she stated: “Yes, I definitely will”.

Spears, who served as a new judge on the show, joined in those new judging duties alongside Demi Lovato.

Simon Cowell and mega record producer and powerhouse L.A. Reid are also judges on the hit series.

The show’s second season now airs on Fox and continues to add spice to its lineup.

With the additions of Khloe Kardashian Odom and Mario Lopez as its latest hosts, they hope that ratings hit high notes.
